The lawns have been fertilized and given a treatment for weed control. The first cutting of the lawns will be the Friday of Mother's Day Weekend.
Anyone wishing to have GFLC do their mulching for their beds in the front of your home the cost will be $270.00 to be paid directly to GFLC.
Anyone wishing to have the mulching done please send me a text or email and I will forward the information to our landscaper. The mulching will be done in approximately 2 weeks. Please advise me if you wish to have this done no later than May 1.
The fallen tree near 3 Waverly Pl has been removed and the board has approved the planting of a replacement tree that GFLC will plant in the upcoming weeks.
The board will be reviewing the cost of the mulching for the common areas and will make a decision as to move forward with the proposal from GFLC or move in another direction.
